Welcome To Douglas County School System BSP/ASP Online Registration System Welcome to the Douglas County School System (DCSS) Before and After School Program (ASP)! The mission of DCSS is to provide a quality education for all students in a safe, supportive environment. The Fee-Based Before and After School Program sponsored by the Douglas County School System is designed to provide adult supervision, in a group setting, to students whose parents work outside the home before and after school hours. Please note that ASP and BSP are prepaid programs! Tuition and fees are due before your child can attend. Upon acceptance and the start of program contracts and registration, you will be required to pay the $10 registration fee and the first week of tuition upfront.
